The Fowlerville Varsity Baseball team opened the week ranked 11th in the state at 5-0! Monday and Tuesday provided opportunities to improve on an already impressive start, the Glads did just that!

Monday 4/15:

Fowlerville 12, East Lansing 0, Fowlerville 17, East Lansing 4

Brendan Young hit two home runs and was 3-for-6 with three RBI in the doubleheader for Fowlerville

Sam Browne was 3-for-7 with five RBI, JT Maybee was 4-for-5 with three RBI and Nathan Esch was 4-for-7 with five RBI for the Gladiators. Caden Flanery started both games, allowing five hits and two runs while striking out seven in seven innings.

Tuesday 4/16:

Fowlerville 10, Lansing Eastern 0, Fowlerville 10, Lansing Eastern 0

Sam Browne and Bryson Scott combined to pitch 11 innings of shutout baseball Tuesday for unbeaten Fowlerville in a 10-0, 10-0 sweep of Lansing Eastern.

Browne struck out 11 batters and gave up three hits in six innings in the first game. Scott allowed two hits and fanned five batters in five innings in the second game.

Wyatt Daniel was 2-for-3 and Scott had two RBI in the opener. Billy Hutchins had three RBI and Aaron Robson was 2-for-2 in the nightcap for the Gladiators (9-0)
