The Fowlerville varsity girls cross country placed 5th at the Stockbridge Invitational on Saturday, September 28th. The girls put three in the top 25 and had 7 personal records and 2 Season's best. The girls were led by Lilly Copeland's 15th place finish in a season record time of 21:05. Avery Copeland knocked a minute off her best time finishing in 22nd with a time of 21:30. Knocking 90 seconds off her best time and crossing in 25th place was Annie Beach in a time of 21:39. Gabby Damerow (23:06) and Franny Updike (23:20) rounded out the scoring for the girls. Alaina Borowy's personal best time of 23:56 and Reagan Esch's personal best time of 23:38 completed the varsity team.

The Lady Gladiator's Junior Varsity team placed 1st at Stockbridge led by Jenna Gill finishing first overall with a personal record time of 23:38 cutting 80 seconds off her previous best this season. Allie Davis finished 3rd overall cutting over a minute off her previous best time crossing the line in 23:44. Also finishing in the top ten were Andrea Ogden cutting 2 minutes off her best time (5 pl; 24:25), Ramsey Lukasik with a season's best time (8th pl; 24:44), and Amanda Fogo (10 pl; 25:20.) Natalya Arbanas finished in 34:11 to round out the Junior Varsity team. Complete results can be found at Athletic.net
