Girls XC Place 9th at Jackson Invitational

The varsity girls cross country team traveled to Ella Sharp Park for the Jackson Invitational. The girls battled the heat placing 9th. The Lady Glads were led by Lilly Copeland finishing in medal position placing 21st with a time of 21:42. Avery Copeland scored next placing 41st with a time of 23:06. Annie Beach crossed next for the Glads placing 49th in a time of 23:44. Gabby Damerow (24:02) and Reagan Esch (25:49) rounded out the scoring. Alaina Borowy (27:13) and Allie Davis (29:01) rounded out the varsity team . The girls will compete next on Saturday, September 28 in Stockbridge at 9am.
