The Lady Gladiators competed in their second race of the season at the Laingsburg Invitational on Friday, August 26th. The team saw much improvement over the first race and continued to pack together well. The Gladiator finished 7th out of the 11 teams competing. The Gladiators were led by Junior Molly Kilpela finishing in medal position with a time of 23:11.7.  Freshman Delaney Richardson finished in 32nd place and second for the Gladiators in a time of 23:33.  Senior Trisha Seiter crossed next for the Lady Glads in a time of 23:47.6. Senior Alaina Borowy (24:00) and Freshman Reagan Wilkins (24:36) rounded out the scoring for the team.  Improving over the last race were: Zaylin Rinehart (26:02), Maria Kilpela (25:30), Morgan Morrow ((26:29), Grace Miller (28:40), Maria Beach (29:32.) The Lady Gladiators will compete next at the Bath Invitational on September 10.
