In the first game of the double header, the teams went back and forth for the lead. In the fourth inning, Linden was able to obtain a seven run lead, although, that did not stop the Gladatiors. For the next three innings the Glads shut down linden and the girls were able to come back with a one run lead. With Linden taking their final bats, they got one run in to tie the game. Mara Menard led the team on the mound and with her bat going two for three with a triple. 

In the second game, the Gladiators took their victory on a dramatic walk-off error in the last inning. The girls were down 7-8 in the bottom of the fifth inning scoring two runs including the walk off error. The girls earned their victory despite allowing Linden to score five runs in the second inning. Josie Cruz, Ashlee Dailey, Hannah Ray, Heather Gendron, and Ariana Eggleston each managed one hit to lead the Glads. 

The girls are back to the field again at Corunna on Tuesday!
