The Fowlerville Varsity Volleyball Team traveled to Mason Monday night in league play and lost their first league game 20-25, 21-25, 13-25. The Glads started game one and two strong, but errors in serve receive and serving ended up hurting in the long run. For the Glads, Lauren Marquette lead the day with strong defense, never letting up in the back row. She had 18 digs, 8 kills and served 5 points. Livvie DuFore added 16 digs, 6 points and 8 kills as well. Sophomore Emily Homrock also had 2 blocks and 5 points while Kortney Molten had 9 digs and 3 points. Sophomore Abby Tohmas had 16 assists and 6 points and Arin Szumlinski added 12 digs and 6 points respectively. The Glads are 3-1 in league and take on a though St. John's team next.
