Varsity softball clinches CAAC Red title

The varsity softball team clinched the CAAC red title Thursday night after defeating Haslett 4 to 1 and 7 to 6. Leah Ash pitched game one giving up just two hits while striking out 13 viking batters. Morgan Byerle hit a two run homerun to give the Glads the lead. Carlie Atcheson was the winning pitcher in game two giving up only 3 earned runs. Margaret Allen was 2 for 3 in the night cap with two RBI's. Congratulations on the league Championship ladies!
