On Monday, August 1st, from 6:00-7:30pm Fowlerville Athletics will again work with local doctors to offer sports physicals at the High School. Take advantage of this opportunity for your high school, junior high and recreation aged athletes!

When: Mon, Aug 1st 6:00-7:30 pm
Enter: Door #39 near the tennis courts
Exit: Students will exit through the Auxiliary Gym doors, please be prepared to pick up your child in the bus lot between the HS and JH.
Required Paperwork: LINK MHSAA Physical Form - 4 signatures are required, please complete before the physical.
Cost: $25 - Checks payable to Fowlerville Community Schools.

Sports Physicals must have a date of April 15th, 2022 or more current to be eligible for the 2022-23 school year.
