For those students wishing to participate in interscholastic athletics at Fowlerville High School, the following requirements must be met:

Complete in advance of tryouts:

 Purple and Gold Card (Cards and paperwork can be picked up in the Ath. Office)

• • Items needed to complete the card:
    • Completed physical form (A current physical is one performed on or after April 15, 2019)
    • Concussion Consent Form
    • Spartan Performance Waiver
    • Eligibility/Code of Conduct Check

Boys Basketball:

Practice: Tryouts start Nov. 18th.

FR: 6:30-8:30

JV: 4:30-6:30
