Gladiator Performance Center: Off-Season Workouts
Off-Season workouts are back and they will be right after school! On Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 2:30 to 3:15 we will again offer opportunities for out-of-season athletes to train for their upcoming season FREE of charge!
Student-Athletes should meet on the indoor track ready to warmup at 2:25...any questions please see Mr. Osborn in the Athletic Office.
