Fowlerville senior Blake Howard, son of Kaelyn and Dar Howard, made his commitment to the Milligan College Cycling Team official on Thursday, February 22^nd by signing his National Letter of Intent! He will continue his academic and athletic careers for the Milligan Buffaloes in 2019 and focus his studies on the Mechanical Engineering field.

As a Gladiator, Howard has been a key element in our Cross Country, Basketball and Track programs. He has been a tremendous leader for the Gladiators on and off the field, a League Champion in Track and a CAAC All-League performer! We are looking forward to an exciting spring with Blake and his teammates!

On the bike Blake has produced two individual Michigan Scholastic Cycling Association State Championships while competing for Brighton’s Mountain Biking team. Blake won five of the six races this past fall while helping Brighton to a team championship!

In attendance for the signing included family, friends, teammates and Fowlerville Head Coaches Jim Jonas (Basketball) and Aaron Rickens (Track). Gladiator nation is very proud of Blake and we know that he will have a great career at Milligan for Coach Zack Nave! Good luck this spring and of course next year!
