Winter Sports!
High school winter sports are just around the corner! Prepare now so your student is ready to participate on the first day of practice/tryouts. Below you will find important dates, times and information that will help you plan for your student’s success.
- Students must have a current physical on file in the athletic office OR uploaded to FinalForms. Sports physicals for the 2021-22 school year must be administered after April 15, 2021.
- Parents and Students are also required to complete the Online Sports Registration through FinalForms. For returning athletes, please update forms before every season. If your family has not set up an account please use the following link for assistance: LINK
- Registration Fee - The $100 registration fee can be paid online using FinalForms or with cash or check in the athletic office. Bowling and Gymnastics have additional fees, please review information that was shared from the coaching staff.

Gladiator Training Session - Tentative
If we can meet in person we will get information to our families as soon as possible…if not we will send a series of videos to families to watch.
SSP - Strength and Conditioning
Off-season Strength and Conditioning will resume on November 29th, 2021. Please take care of your academics along with your body.
Rest days are critical for the athlete’s physiological (body) and psychological (mind) well-being. This rest/recovery period does not mean laying on the couch doing nothing. Please look at staying active through swimming, jogging, biking, yoga, and more. If you are injured this is a great time to see Martha!
